Prenatal period is a period which is counted from the conception to the birth time.
How to take care of a pregnant woman?

There is some point which is kept in mind when a woman get conceive.At this time it is important to pay attention to the physical and mental things of the woman as well.
 
 
Good environment :
good environment makes a lot of impact.It gives a pregnant woman good thoughts as well as a positive thought which has a good impact on her baby.
Weight check :
Keep checking your weight from time to time.Which lets you know that the one who is your baby is coming to the group in the right way. You should have at least 4 kg weight in every month
Meals :
Always have breakfast .Use green leafy vegetable for your meal and also calcium ,sulphur and iron rich meals.This meal should include three time meals and two time snacks. 
Which should have a complete mixup of calcium and protein. Maintain a seven day meal plan which is full of all the nutrients.
Motivation :
Motivation is very important. For a pregnant woman so that she can maintain positive thinking.for the motivation she can read good books, see good things and maintain motivation and confident in mind.
 
 
Government guidelines : 
Follow the government guidelines and use the vaccination.Pregnant woman have to take a tetanus vaccine with in a 1 month or a first shot to protects against Tetanus.
Avoid smoking and drugs :
Consumption of tobacco and alcohol has a very negative effect on the child's life. Due to this, the chances of having miscarriage are very high. It creates negative effect in the growth of the child. Like slow growth, brain damage and small head and many more. A pregnant woman should stay away from all these negative elements.and avoid smoking ,alcohol or unwanted  medicines.
Doctor consult: 
This time doctor consultation is very important because of these if you have any problem in your trimester like abdominal pain along with spotting and cramping , fever ,vaginal discharge and discomfort during urination so doctor consultation is very important to prevent the serious problem and if the pregnant woman have any disease such as diabetes ,hypertension so let consult the doctor time to time. Create a positive environment in the surrounding of a pregnant woman. Stay away from tension, always do the work that makes you happy.
Exercise regularly :  
Do exercise regularly the exercise should not be too difficult to do.You can use swimming pool as your exercise also.
Good hygiene : 
Maintaining good personal hygiene consists of bathing, washing your hands, brushing teeth and sporting clean clothing.
Drink minerals : 
Keep yourself hydrated and drink plenty of fluids like water , juice and fiber rich drink's which is full of minerals and vitamins.
